Tracy's Custom Homes came recommended to us from a builder program. Roy and his staff worked with us on drawings we brought in. They explained all aspects of the project. They suggested Ideas, but listened to us about ours. Roy made numerous changes, with our approval, and was able to show a 3D interior tour with my wife's colors. I have sent the completed PDF file to builders and one commented to me about the extra detail included. Ultimately we have the plans for the house we want to build. I spoke to three different architects and I am very pleased we used Tracy Custom Home Design. We are still are in contact with the staff as they have offered to answer any questions we have. Cost effective, efficient, and caring is the words I would use to describe the firm. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO HELP YOU WITH PLANNING YOUR NEXT HOME.

After significant amounts of time spent searching, hired TCH to design our Barndominium / Forever Home in Franklin, TX. 2-story, 2750sq ft of living space and a 2900sq ft garage/gym/workshop. I cannot say with enough emphasis - the entire team at TCH - Roy, Kendall, and Sonny are PHENOMENAL. Responsive and proactive in communication, outstanding ideas for design, in the know on latest and greatest home-building trends, codes, and practices, and the end product greatly exceeded our expectations. We will hire them again for our satellite Barndominium in the near future. Highest recommendation for TCH.

We were referred to Tracy's Custom Homes by multiple people (two banks, three different builders) as being THE local company you want to design your home. They worked with us from our very vague, rough ideas, to a fully documented design through almost 10 revisions. Each time they were able to make the changes we wanted or offer their expertise to help us design our new home. They provided 3D renderings of each area including multiple angles, different textures and coloring, and each time were able to help us visualize what our home would look like. If we ever build again, I wouldn't think twice about using Tracy's Custom Homes to design it.

Roy, Megan, and Sunny were awesome to work with. We came with rough drawings of a floor plan that we wanted. We had several meetings with them to collaborate together to create our dream home. The communication was continuous and they worked to keep us on track. They were so patient with us and helpful with their knowledge of how to create our drawings and ideas into a home. The software they have to be able to see your plans in 3D are a definite game changer. It makes it so much better to see your home as it could be instead of trying to envision it through blue prints. Tracy's Custom Homes was recommended by a friend of ours. They always say, first impression is very important, and we were very pleased after our first meeting. We signed a contract and began the design process. We started off with a plan that we found on the internet and by the end, it had changed significantly. For the most part it was the interior lay out, but some of outer walls and roof lines had changed, in which I was very pleased with the results. We were not on a tight schedule, so it gave me many hours of opportunity to make changes and adjustments. Probably more than most people! Some of these changes were done over multiple times. Each time Roy was very accommodating. He listened to our input and it showed on the final design plans. We highly recommend Tracy's Custom Homes if you're looking for that truly custom plan.

Fantastic job on the design of our kitchen remodel. Roy took our vision and added to it providing options we had not even thought of.  The design team is fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

We never would have believed that our vision to expand our current tiny home with a new addition would come to life.
