Finding Tracy’s Custom Homes was such a stroke of luck. My husband went to the internet and searched “Architects Near Me” … Tracy’s came up. Our experience with Tracy’s Custom Homes could not have been easier or more enjoyable. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We filled out the forms that Sunny Geels (our first contact person) gave us and went to our first visit with completed forms and a pencil sketch of how we wanted our Bardominium to look. Roy Homfeld (owner and architect) took it from there. He and Megan Paoni (interior designer) brought our rough sketch to life. The software they use with the 3D capabilities gave us a clear idea of how our end product would look. It was exciting to see our dream come to life. The entire team remained patient with us as we made several changes/additions. Each time Roy took our idea and made it a reality. On more than one occasion we could not get a clear visual of how to get what was in our head into the design. Roy made a few changes and there was the perfect space! We can’t say enough good about the entire team at Tracy’s and recommend them without reservation!
