Tracy’s Custom Homes came recommended to us from a builder program. Roy and his staff worked with us on drawings we brought in. They explained all aspects of the project. They suggested Ideas, but listened to us about ours. Roy made numerous changes, with our approval, and was able to show a 3D interior tour with my wife’s colors. I have sent the completed PDF file to builders and one commented to me about the extra detail included. Ultimately we have the plans for the house we want to build. I spoke to three different architects and I am very pleased we used Tracy Custom Home Design.
We are still are in contact with the staff as they have offered to answer any questions we have. Cost effective, efficient, and caring is the words I would use to describe the firm. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO HELP YOU WITH PLANNING YOUR NEXT HOME.
