Tracy’s Custom Homes, founded in 2006 by Roy & Tracy Homfeld, specializes in residential design for starter, move-up and custom homes, as well as remodels. Initially founded to offer design support to surrounding builders and potential home owners, our local residential design/modification service delivered the perfect solution to customers looking for flexibility in building the home of their dreams. Tracy’s Custom Homes has become part of the integral process in the design of hundreds of homes throughout Bonham, Collin, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Kaufman & Rockwall Counties.

ROY HOMFELD – Roy grew up on a family farm/ranch outside Adrian, Texas and obtained an engineering degree at Texas A&M University. There, he met his wife, Tracy, native to San Antonio. Both are registered Professional Engineers with the State of Texas and avid supporters of their local communities and service organizations. In the fall, they travel back to College Station with their young daughter, to attend all the Texas Aggie football games and help host the Ol’ Whoop-ty tailgate, for friends and family.

SUNNY GEELS – Sunny was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from Truman State in Missouri. She has a background in Business Marketing, Advertising & most recently interior design. As our Client Relations Manager, she works closely from start to finish with clients as the contact point to keep them updated during their design process.

She lives on acreage in Princeton, TX with her husband of 35 yrs and keeps busy with variety of interests. She has a creative passion for taking old things and making them new, homesteading, beekeeping and natural living.

ERIKA COOK – Erika is originally from Washington State, and has a unique upbringing. She has gained life experience through meeting new people, challenging herself to stretch outside of the norm in all aspects of life.

Erika graduated from Montana State University and jump started her career in Minneapolis MN. She launched her business while traveling in a tiny home with husband and 2 boys. She has accumulated career experience throughout the United States and has a broad knowledge in residential construction standards, materials and space planning solutions.

MEGAN PAONI – Megan grew up in a small town in Southeast Kansas, she graduated from Pittsburg State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Although she is new to the industry, she has gained experience through her internship in Kansas City, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Shortly after graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and they moved to Texas to begin their careers.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family.
