ROY HOMFELD – Roy grew up on a family farm/ranch outside Adrian, Texas and obtained an engineering degree at Texas A&M University. There he met his wife, Tracy, native to San Antonio. Both are registered Professional Engineers with the State of Texas and avid supporters of their local communities and service organizations.
In the fall, they travel back to College Station with their young daughter, to attend all the Texas Aggie football games and help host the Ol’ Whoop-ty tailgate for friends and family.
SUNNY GEELS – Sunny was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from Truman State in Missouri with a degree in Business Psychology. She has a background in Business Marketing, Advertising & most recently interior design. As our Client Relations Manager, she works closely from start to finish with clients as the contact point to keep them updated during their design process.
She lives on acreage in Princeton, TX with her husband of 35 yrs and keeps busy with variety of interests. She has a creative passion for taking old things and making them new, homesteading, beekeeping and natural living.
MEGAN PAONI – Megan grew up in a small town in Southeast Kansas, she graduated from Pittsburg State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Although she is new to the industry, she has gained experience through her internship in Kansas City, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Shortly after graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and they moved to Texas to begin their careers.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family.
JENNA LOWRY – Jenna grew up in Wylie, TX and is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Merchandising. She was a member of the SFA dance team for 3 years and now dances professionally for the Dallas Mavericks as a member of the D-Town Crew. She acquired professional experience in the field during her internship with TCH before going full-time. Building relationships with clients, creative expression, and color coordination are some things she loves most about the industry. She hopes to one day be able to use her experience and knowledge to benefit the homeless through home design.
In her spare time, Jenna enjoys family and friend time, shopping, concerts, road trips and dancing.
KENDALL NOTO – Kendall grew up in Rogers, Minnesota and is now living in Rockwall, TX. She recently graduated in May 2021 from The University of Texas at Dallas where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She is new to the industry and hopes to gain knowledge of architectural design and help many people build the home of their dreams!
In her spare time Kendall loves to spend weekends at the lake with family and friends, and always loves to be in the outdoors.
J. SCOTT PHILLIPS – Scott grew up in Shreveport, LA and moved to Texas in 2018. He has over 25 years of Drafting/Design experience. He designed his first house at the age of 12 as part of a school project. In the last 10 years, he has expanded his experience to construction management where he has worked on residential and commercial design/build projects. He won an award from the NWLA Home Builders Association for Design/Build Remodel of the year for one of his projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years. He also enjoys traveling to remote areas off the beaten path and camping with his two sons.
HAYDEN BOLIN – Hayden grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.S. in Biology. In 2018, she married her high school sweetheart and moved to Plano, TX where they live with their two kitties. Hayden is currently pursuing an Interior Design degree at Collin College and will be learning the ins and outs of architecture as our summer intern this year.
She has a passion for design and events as she also works in wedding planning. She loves traveling, especially to areas where she can experience new cultures or be in nature. One day, she hopes to restore historic homes.
