Roy and his team did a great job designing our custom home. Our planning occurred in the middle of the Covid crisis, we did mostly zoom meetings and that went better than could be expected. We had several new inspirations and made changes throughout the process, the team was always friendly and eager to help. We are so happy that we used TCH and couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Roy, Megan, and Sunny were awesome to work with. We came with rough drawings of a floor plan that we wanted. We had several meetings with them to collaborate together to create our dream home. The communication was continuous and they worked to keep us on track. They were so patient with us and helpful with their knowledge of how to create our drawings and ideas into a home. The software they have to be able to see your plans in 3D are a definite game changer. It makes it so much better to see your home as it could be instead of trying to envision it through blue prints. I highly recommend Tracy's Custom Homes to create your dream home!

I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I’ve worked with Roy, Kendall, Sunny, and the rest of the team on several projects. Every experience has gotten better and better. There are ability to work on the project and see the vision seems to get easier. All too often it become difficult to verbalize a vision. It comes out skewed. They seem to be able to pick through and pull the main idea out every time. If you’re considering starting a project, there’s no doubt with them work for you.

I highly recommend Tracy’s if you want to design your own home. What I thought would be a difficult task of getting what was in my head onto paper was made easy. Roy and crew have the latest software that they know inside out. We had our original plan done in short order. Then we decided to switch gears and make some fairly significant changes. With a short zoom call it was done. You get a great set of digital plans that does not take dedicated software to open. I spent a lot of time going over the plans and finding things I wanted to add or change like lighting, switches, etc. Another short phone call and it was done. The plans were very complete and allowed me to go for bid with no issues. Tracy’s is customer oriented, professional and easy to deal with. They also have tons of plans to pick from it you don’t want to start from scratch.

Fantastic job on the design of our kitchen remodel. Roy took our vision and added to it providing options we had not even thought of.  The design team is fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

We never would have believed that our vision to expand our current tiny home with a new addition would come to life. But after meeting with Mr. Roy and sharing our 'home-made' sketches; our ideas came to reality! After presenting the beautiful drawings and visual presentation prepared by Mr. Roy, we were approved to build our home in our desired lake front community. We enjoyed working with Tracy's Custom Home Designs for our home plan. We wanted a highly custom barndominium home plan and that is what they made it easy to get done.

Tracy's Custom Homes came recommended to us from a builder program. Roy and his staff worked with us on drawings we brought in. They explained all aspects of the project. They suggested Ideas, but listened to us about ours. Roy made numerous changes, with our approval, and was able to show a 3D interior tour with my wife's colors. I have sent the completed PDF file to builders and one commented to me about the extra detail included. Ultimately we have the plans for the house we want to build. I spoke to three different architects and I am very pleased we used Tracy Custom Home Design. We are still are in contact with the staff as they have offered to answer any questions we have. Cost effective, efficient, and caring is the words I would use to describe the firm. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO HELP YOU WITH PLANNING YOUR NEXT HOME.

We were referred to Tracy's Custom Homes by multiple people (two banks, three different builders) as being THE local company you want to design your home. They worked with us from our very vague, rough ideas, to a fully documented design through almost 10 revisions. Each time they were able to make the changes we wanted or offer their expertise to help us design our new home. They provided 3D renderings of each area including multiple angles, different textures and coloring, and each time were able to help us visualize what our home would look like. If we ever build again, I wouldn't think twice about using Tracy's Custom Homes to design it.

We had a great experience with Tracy's Custom Homes! The process was quick, easy and very professional. We met with the team at Tracy's and they listened to our needs, asked great questions and helped make our ideas come to life. We enjoyed working with them both in person and virtually. Tracy's provided us with an online portal to view changes and see the colors, placement of furniture, etc., it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Tracy's!
